The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) SAFETY Act Designation provide incentives for the development and deployment of anti-terrorism technologies. Safe Skies 

Tested by National Safe Skies Alliance, Inc., an independent third-party non-profit organization funded by the Federal Aviation Administration, conducts rigorous and thorough tests to detect threats, nuisance and false alarms, reliability, and maintainability of security systems within active airport operational and environmental conditions. Safe Skies’ evaluation report, ASSIST SAT: Evaluation Report – Evolv Edge™ Personnel Screening System, was issued on October 1, 2018 and is available to qualified airport personnel.


FCC Approval

U.S. Federal Communications Commission oversees regulations on electromagnetic interference. The FCC mark indicates that a given device works within approved limits and permission was granted to operate Evolv Edge.


CE Certification

CE marking is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area.


IEC Approval

IEC, the International Electro-technical Commission, prepares and publishes International Standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies. The mark indicates meeting general safety requirements. The IECEE CB Scheme mark is the international system for mutual acceptance of test reports and certificates dealing with the safety of electrical and electronic components, equipment and products.


VCC Approval

Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment or VCCI is the Japanese body governing RF emissions standards.
