Mark Donohue

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Donohue is a member of the Evolv Technology Executive Leadership Team where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mark is a seasoned financial executive, having served in senior roles at technology companies including Rapid7, Teradyne and Cisco.  Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Vestmark, a leading financial services software company where he was integral in the company’s growth. Mark is a known expert in cross-functional team leadership and product management, developing those skills during his time at Cisco. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of New Hampshire as well as an MBA and MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
