Nancy Milhous

Nancy Milhous is a member of the Evolv Technology Executive Leadership Team where she serves as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Chief Accounting Officer. She has an extensive M&A background leading the finance due diligence in numerous acquisitions, and responsibility for the accounting integration and transitioning accounting functions to headquarters. Her experiences include Controller roles at companies such as Epicor Software Corp, Accruent, and EtQ. Among her many experiences, she led the accounting due diligence in the $2B sale of a PE backed company to a public company, including six different acquisitions at Accruent. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.
